  SENATOR MILLER said as soon as there was a quorum they would                 
  move HJR 18  from committee and  announced SJR 13 EXPORT  OF                 
  ALASKA OIL to be up for consideration.

  SENATOR  JOHNNY  ELLIS,   sponsor  of  SJR  13,   said  this                 
  resolution has  the legislature endorse  federal legislation                 
  before   the  Congress   lifting  the   restraints  on   the                 
  exportation of Alaskan  crude oil.   This would mean  almost                 
  $200 million per year in new revenues to Alaska.                             
  SENATOR MILLER announced   SSSJR 13 EXPORT OF ALASKA  OIL to                 
  be up for consideration again.                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
  SENATOR PEARCE  moved to pass  SSSJR 13 from  committee with                 
  the $0 fiscal  note and  individual recommendations.   There                 
  were no objections and it was so ordered.
